Please read through our terms and conditions below before purchasing tickets.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made at least 28 days prior to the start of camp will receive a refund, less an admin charge of $60.
  • Cancellations made between 21-14 days prior to the start of camp will receive a refund, less a cancellation fee of 40% of the total fee paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of camp will receive no refunds or credits.
  • Credits will not be given for days missed due to illness, or any other reason, once the camp has started.

Terms and Conditions

    I acknowledge and agree that Shakespeare and Soundtracks to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all liability for any loss, damage or other claim arising from or in any way connected to the attendance of my child/children at the Shakespeare and Soundtracks Music and Drama workshops, including without limitation claims relating to personal injury, or the use and publication of photographs.

    I hereby release and forever discharge Shakespeare and Soundtracks from any and all liability, loss and damage (including direct, indirect and consequential) or any other claim in anyway associated with the attendance of my child/children at the Shakespeare and Soundtracks Music and Drama workshops.

    I understand that payment is required in full in advance of the workshops and consent to sending full payment prior to my child commencing with Shakespeare and Soundtracks Music and Drama workshops.

    I acknowledge that refunds will only be given with 14 days cancellation notice. There are no refunds if you miss a workshop, and no make-up workshops available.

    I accept that Shakespeare and Soundtracks reserves the right to refuse admission to any person that presents a disciplinary problem to staff or a threat to the safety and well-being of other children. Unacceptable language or bullying will under no circumstances be tolerated and will result in the child being removed from the program with no refund.

    I acknowledge that my personal information will be stored in accordance with current privacy legislation. Credit card details are not held by Shakespeare and Soundtracks.

    I consent to Shakespeare and Soundtracks employees and proprietors taking photographs and digital recordings or any other visual or audio recordings of my child/children.

    I consent to Shakespeare and Soundtracks using photographs and digital recordings and using these in any medium, including the website, brochures or for marketing purposes. If I do not consent to the use of my child on the website, brochures or marketing, I will send an email stating as much to admin@shakespeareandsoundtracks.com.au prior to the start of camp.

    Shakespeare and Soundtracks has the right to refuse entry to any child who is displaying signs of infectious diseases including nits.
  10. 10
    I consent to Shakespeare and Soundtracks escorting my child/children to the beach and playground for games, activities and breaks. Shakespeare and Soundtracks will have a ratio of no more than 16 children per supervisor.

    I agree to pick up my child/children on time from the workshops.
